Material selections, finishes, and product availability are subject to manufacturer supply, backorders, discontinuations, and pricing changes. Substitutions of equal or comparable quality may be required.

Delays related to permitting or inspections are outside our direct control.
7. Subcontracted Work

8. No Warranty or Guarantee Outside of Contract
Any warranties, guarantees, or assurances related to workmanship or materials apply only as expressly stated in a signed written agreement. No additional warranties are implied by website content, marketing materials, or verbal discussions.
9. Limitation of Liability
